Local Law 126: Parking Structure Safety Compliance 

Ensure the safety of your facility and meet NYC Department of Buildings regulations under Local Law 126. This mandate requires parking structure owners to retain a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI) for a comprehensive condition assessment every six years during Cycle 1 (through Dec. 31, 2027) and at least every four years after Jan. 1, 2028.
